This is our first step in getting to know your business and your business needs before we decide what solutions will work best.

This can either be a face to face or virtual informal chat. The aim of this initial meeting is to understand and be able to paint a clear picture of the problem. This will be followed by an overview of the technologies that your business is currently using and pin-pointing what needs improving. This will then put us in a better position to solutionise.

Sometimes, we become so used to a particular way of doing things that in order to think outside of the box, we must hire someone to do the thinking!

One of the reasons that The Azura project spends time getting to know and understand your business is so that we can provide tailored solutions to your problems. As a small and independent business ourselves, we know that it is important to keep costs low, and maintain an open-minded approach to solutionsing. This is why we do not work with any particular vendors and our suggestions are based purely on our knowledge and what we believe will work best for you.


Implement Solutions

This is what we love doing and what we do best!

Providing as minimal disruption to business as usual as possible, we integrate with your designated project team and work with you to implement the designed solution. If you do not have project resource, we can fill in the gaps by using our own solution architects, analysts, project managers, etc and can also bring in developers to build the solution. We will follow an Agile project plan and work quickly to create early benefit realisation for the business. We also participate in or (when necessary) set up steering meetings and provide you with regular status updates. Our tried and trusted delivery methods have resulted in releasing successful products time and time again.

One if the key areas of the Agile Manifesto is ‘Never Compromise on Quality’.

At The Azura Project, we stick by this rule religiously and it is one of the reasons why we focus on Agile methodology rather than a Waterfall one for delivery. We are not an organisation that likes surprises at the end of a project! As such, we encourage our testers to test iteratively and will quantify quality from early on using means such as acceptance criteria. We work hard to ensure that we do not hand over something that is buggy, has not undergone unit testing and that does not meet the specifications and requirements.


After Service Care

For us, it’s not enough that we’ve just implemented the solution; we also want to be available to assist with effective handover, training and implement the change within the organisation.

Furthermore, we want to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with our products and services. We do this by enabling several after care processes such as providing support, feedback, and in the unlikely event that there are issues with the software post implementation, we are on hand to assist with resolving these. It is important to us that our service strengthens the bond between ourselves and your business and we do what we can do ensure this.
